I was nervous to order a custom made product from Amazon. This roman blind is nice quality. I wish the rod and chain were not made of plastic. Overall, it is well made and I am happy with it. I just don't know how long it will take for the plastic to wear down. I had an old blind from IKEA that I was replacing - the metal rod and pull chain lasted for over 13 years. This was expensive since it is custom made to your specifications. It takes forever to get here as it is made in China.
