These block the light perfectly and they aren’t super heavy.

Ordered the grey curtains, they are more blue grey than a true grey - not exactly the color I was hoping/going for but overall I do like the rose home brand and they are a true blackout curtain. If you want a grey curtain maybe the dark grey would be better? I’ve ordered different colors for each room, white, grey, and the warm tan. The warm tan is by far my favorite & provides the richest & warmest color.

I hung them up right after I opened them. They work. I had a draft and the curtains immediately helped as with the brightness. They aren’t sheer you can’t see through them. Just like blackout curtains are to be. They blackout just as I needed them to.

Great blackout ability and they look really nice too. I’d recommend you 2x your window width as a minimum, to get good coverage. I started with one set, but immediately purchased another. I ended up using 2 sets (200” total ) on a 70” window. The first 2 photos shows one set, lights on and off. The last 2 photos shows two sets. It looks considerably more full, and the blackout is really impressive. Very happy with this purchase!

Nice curtain, we really like the tranquil color, good material and thickness to block out the cold breeze near the windows during this colder than usual winter in the northeast. 100% black out, good for home theater.

The back of our house faces the east and gets a lot of sun in the evening hours. These curtains definitely do the job of blocking out the sun and keep the house cool. Plus the color goes great with the rest of my living room decor.
